Cinnamon Cereal Marshmallow Squares

Ingredients

For the cinnamon crumble:
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter - Unsalted
  • Pinch salt
For the squares:
  • 1/3 cup Dairy Free Becel plant butter - Unsalted
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 5 cups cinnamon cereal
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. For the cinnamon crumble, preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, stir sugar with flour and cinnamon. Add in Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter and stir until mixture is crumbly and clumps together when pressed. Sprinkle mixture over prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake until crisp and edges look dry, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. Line sides and bottom of a 9-in x 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  5. In a large pot, melt Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter with marshmallows over medium heat. Stir in vanilla, salt, and cereal until cereal is fully coated with marshmallow mixture. Stir in half of cinnamon crumbles.
  6. Press into the prepared cake pan.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cereal mixture. Let set before cutting into squares.
