4 eggs

1 tbsp Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter, Salted

Salt & pepper to taste

2 Tbsp plant-based cream

Chopped chives

The trick is to add eggs & Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter to a cold pan and heat it up slowly - taking it on and off the heat to cook eggs & melt Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter slowly, to get it to the perfect creamy texture.
  1. Crack open 4 eggs and add
    about three cubes of
    Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter, salted
    (at room temperature) to a cold pan.
  2. Season with pepper.
  3. Turn on high heat and start stirring
    (don’t whisk) the egg and
    butter mixture with a spatula:
    a. Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter will
    slowly start to melt.
    b. Repeat this process, taking the
    pan with eggs on and off the heat,
    while stirring. Repeat this for
    3 minutes.
    c. Add in the last-minute cream 
    to the mixture and
    keep stirring.
  4. Season with salt.
  5. You will get a creamy scrambled
    egg texture.
  6. Add chopped chives to the mixture
    for the final touch.

    Done.
