Ingredients

  • 120g Dairy Free Plant Butter - Salted, softened
  • 120g sugar
  • 60g light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 375g plain flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Baking powder
  • 150g dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan assisted).
  2. With an electric whisk beat the Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter and sugar until creamy. Add Vanilla extract and the egg and beat on a low speed for 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add the flour, baking powder and mix until it forms crumbles.
  4. Use your hands, add the chocolate chips and press into a dough ball. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 balls, place on a baking sheet and press them down a little bit.
  6. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
