Ingredients
- 120g Dairy Free Plant Butter - Salted, softened
- 120g sugar
- 60g light brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5g) Vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 375g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) Baking powder
- 150g dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan assisted).
- With an electric whisk beat the Dairy Free Becel Plant Butter and sugar until creamy. Add Vanilla extract and the egg and beat on a low speed for 10-15 seconds.
- Add the flour, baking powder and mix until it forms crumbles.
- Use your hands, add the chocolate chips and press into a dough ball. Cover with cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls, place on a baking sheet and press them down a little bit.
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes.
