No Rise Cinnamon Buns

Ingredients
Dough
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Dairy-free Becel® Plant Butter - Unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
Filling
- 1/2 cup Dairy-free Becel® Plant Butter - Unsalted, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
Icing
- 3 tablespoons Dairy-free Becel® Plant Butter - Unsalted, at room temperature
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2-3 tablespoons non-dairy milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 9x12 baking dish.
- Combine the flour, baking powder and sugar. Work the Becel® Unsalted Plant Butter into the flour using your finger tips until mealy.
- Pour in the non dairy milk and stir with a wooden soon until a shaggy dough forms. Knead the dough in the bowl until. Smooth dough forms.
- Transfer dough onto a lightly floured surface then roll into a 12x14 rectangle.
- In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients and stir until a smooth mixture forms. Spread mixture on the surface of the dough.
- Starting at the longer side, Roll dough into a log.
- Divide the log into 12 equal parts and arrange them in the baking dish, roll side up.
- Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 25 minutes. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, make the glaze by whisking Becel® Unsalted Plant Butter, icing sugar, vanilla and non dairy milk together. Add more milk if necessary to reach desired consistency.
- Drizzle glaze over buns once cooled, serve.
